Each box contains 20 individually wrapped 15 oz sheets, totaling 18.75 lbs (8.5 kg) of puff pastry. Made in Canada, these kosher-certified sheets can be used for both sweet and savory applications including tarts, turnovers, appetizers, and desserts.

Simply thaw the dough at room temperature until easily bendable, cut or shape as desired, and bake in a conventional oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown (convection oven at 350-400°F for 18-20 minutes). For best results, brush with egg wash before baking. The product can be baked directly from frozen. Store frozen at 0°F and do not thaw and refreeze.
