Fieldwork Brewing Co. Saint Thomas O.G. is a West Coast IPA brewed at the Berkeley, California taproom. The O.G. (Original) version was created in response to customer demand to revive the original Saint Thomas recipe, fermented with a classic West Coast yeast strain that was the hallmark of early California craft IPAs.

This beer pours a clear, pale golden yellow with an abundant white head and lacy retention. Unlike the hazy version, the O.G. fermentation produces a crystal-clear appearance with a drier, lighter body. The aroma is driven by Mosaic hops, delivering an uber-tropical bouquet of blueberry, mango, guava, papaya, citrus, and light pine. The flavor follows with tropical and stone fruit up front, grassy and dank herbal notes, grapefruit, lemon zest, and a clean, dry finish with moderate bitterness. At 6.7% ABV, it is highly drinkable and finishes crisp. Rated 92 (Outstanding) on BeerAdvocate with an average score of 4.28/5. This 4-pack of 16oz tallboy cans is sold at Costco.
