Costco's Otafuku noodle mix and match bundle allows you to select two varieties from authentic Japanese noodles: yakisoba stir-fry noodles or yaki-udon noodles. Each package contains two servings with pre-cooked soft wheat noodles and two packets of specially crafted sauce. The yakisoba features thin, wheat-based noodles designed for stir-frying, paired with a vegan sauce made from a blend of soy sauce, tomato, molasses, onion, carrot, garlic, and the sweet-tangy flavors of dates, peaches, and apples for authentic umami taste. The yaki-udon offers thicker, chewier wheat noodles with modified tapioca starch, accompanied by a sauce featuring soy sauce, mirin, and kelp broth for traditional Japanese flavor. Both varieties are ready in minutes when combined with your favorite vegetables and protein for a complete restaurant-style meal. Otafuku noodles are made in Japan and contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
