The mash bill features an unconventional blend of 66% rye, 32% malted barley, and 2% wheat, resulting in a remarkably complex and layered profile. Bottled from 64 carefully selected barrels, this small lot release is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV). Tasting notes include cracked pepper, dried fruit, caramel, and toasted oak, with the high malted barley content lending a smoothness that balances the characteristic spice of rye.
