Purlieu Le Pich is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley appellation, crafted by award-winning winemaker Julien Fayard. Fayard trained at prestigious French estates including Château Lafite Rothschild and Château Smith Haut Lafitte before bringing his expertise to Napa Valley, where he collaborated with renowned winemaker Philippe Melka at estates such as Lail, Vineyard 29, Metisse, and Dalla Valle. Le Pich serves as the approachable sister label to the flagship Purlieu Cabernet, representing one of the finest value Cabernets in Napa Valley.

This wine delivers brilliant fruit and graceful aromatics wrapped in a seamless satin package. The nose opens with aromas of black cherry, pencil lead, and stone, while the palate broadens to a lustrous core of ripe boysenberries and blackberries whose vibrancy gains dimension from fresh minerality beneath. Full and soft in the mouth with wonderfully silky, mature tannins, juicy plum and milk chocolate notes develop on the mid-palate and continue through a long finish of black raspberries and mint tea. The wine is aged 24 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
