Made from 100% Italian pasteurized cow's milk, this cheese reflects the wine heritage of the Veneto region. Ca.Form has obtained authorization from the Prosecco PDO Consortium to use authentic Prosecco DOC wine in the aging process, ensuring a genuine regional character. The exterior rind is treated with potassium sorbate and is not edible. Once opened, consume within 3 days and keep refrigerated.
