Woodinville 8 Year Straight Rye Whiskey is a handcrafted 100% rye whiskey sourced from the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington. Rye grain planted in fall lies dormant under winter snow, is hand-irrigated through scorching summers, and harvested after nearly a year of growth. After distillation in Woodinville, the whiskey returns to barrelhouses in Quincy where it ages a minimum of eight years in custom-specified, long-seasoned, toasted and charred American oak barrels. Bottled at 100 proof.

Tasting profile features dark molasses, clove and brown sugar on the nose, followed by cinnamon, vanilla, dark honey, rye spice, pepper, dark chocolate, cherry, toffee and dried cranberry on the palate.
