Pratsch Grüner Veltliner is a certified organic Austrian white wine produced by Biohof Pratsch, a family-run biodynamic winery in Niederösterreich (Lower Austria). The wine is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes, Austria's signature white variety, grown on the Pratsch family's organically farmed estate in the Weinviertel region.

This crisp, dry white wine is known for its characteristic white pepper spice alongside notes of green apple, citrus, and fresh herbs. It is light to medium-bodied with lively acidity, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, salads, Asian cuisine, and lighter poultry dishes. The wine is typically bottled at around 12–12.5% ABV and is enjoyed young and fresh.
