My First Story Orchestra is an internationally bestselling series of interactive board books that brings classical music to life for babies and toddlers. This Costco set includes 2 books from the series, illustrated by Jessica Courtney-Tickle and published by Quarto's Frances Lincoln Children's Books imprint.
Each book retells a beloved classical composition through vibrant illustrations, with 6 easy-to-press buttons that each play a 10-second sound clip of a real orchestra performing the music. Titles in the series include Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Carnival of the Animals, and Four Seasons in One Day, among others. The books are designed to introduce young children to classical music through storytelling, color, and sound in an engaging, hands-on format.
Each board book is 14 pages and measures approximately 6.57 x 6.57 inches. The sound module requires batteries; a switch on the back of the book can be toggled off to conserve battery life between uses.
