The Taylor 9867FDA is a professional-grade digital folding probe thermocouple thermometer built for accurate and rapid temperature measurement in food preparation and cooking environments. Leveraging thermocouple sensor technology, it delivers stabilized readings in 5 seconds or less, making it ideal for the fast pace of a busy kitchen.

The 4-inch stainless steel probe features a 1.5mm step-down tip that folds neatly into the casing for safe storage and transport. The narrow tip minimizes puncture size and helps retain juices when checking meat doneness. A large 0.6-inch blue backlit LCD display ensures clear readability in any lighting condition. The thermometer reads in both Fahrenheit and Celsius across a wide range of -40°F to 572°F (-40°C to 300°C), with professional accuracy of ±2°F between 14°F and 212°F and ±3.6°F outside that range.

A HOLD button freezes the current reading even after the probe is removed from food.
