The 4-inch stainless steel probe features a 1.5mm step-down tip that folds neatly into the casing for safe storage and transport. The narrow tip minimizes puncture size and helps retain juices when checking meat doneness. A large 0.6-inch blue backlit LCD display ensures clear readability in any lighting condition.
