The 2022 vintage is composed of 98% Pinot Gris and 2% Chardonnay, aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, fruit-forward character. It presents beautiful aromas of stone fruit with a hint of struck flint, leading into a medium-bodied palate of fresh pear, apple, and stone fruit, with a vibrant, lingering acidity. The wine is lively and refreshing, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, light pasta dishes, and soft cheeses.
