Kirkland Signature Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a sparkling wine produced in the Valdobbiadene hills of Italy. This Brut-style Prosecco is made from 90% Glera and 10% Chardonnay grapes, harvested from vineyards at elevations between 200 to 350 meters with southern exposure. The wine undergoes soft pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures, followed by sparkling via the Martinotti-Charmat method with subsequent aging on the lees for a total of 5 months.

The wine presents a straw yellow color with aromatic and intense floral nuances, supported by fruity notes of pear and golden delicious apple. On the palate, it is harmonious, expressive, and particularly balanced, with excellent persistence in its aromatic notes and an extremely clean finish. The alcohol content is 11.5% by volume.

This Prosecco is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood cuisine. It should be served chilled at 43-44°F in a large glass, avoiding sudden temperature changes or prolonged storage in the refrigerator.
