Red Sun Wines Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California. This 2022 vintage is a blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petite Sirah, aged for 10 months in 15% new French oak barrels. The wine is boldly structured with aromas of deep black fruit leading to flavors of wild brambleberry, red raspberry, and an earthy, warm spice character. Full-bodied and excellently balanced with a persistent finish, it pairs well with bold, peppery grilled meat dishes like marinated flank steak tacos or stands tall on its own.
