Rowster Coffee's North Star Holiday Blend is a hand-roasted specialty coffee from Grand Rapids, Michigan, offering a full-bodied medium roast perfect for the holiday season. This 2-pound bag delivers a rich, warming cup with tasting notes of berry, nuttiness, and chocolate.

The blend combines three single-origin beans: Ethiopian Heirloom from the Guji zone (naturally processed, grown at 2,250–2,300 masl by smallholder farmers in the Uraga district), Brazilian Serra Negra from Minas Gerais, and Sumatran Aceh (wet-hulled). This combination produces a complex yet approachable cup that is rich enough to mix into cocktails, enjoy with cream, or use as the base of a latte. Rowster has been hand-roasting specialty coffee since 2005 using a 20 lb American-made steel roaster, sourcing only high-quality beans from global origins.
