Firestone Walker Parabolita is a barrel-aged salted caramel imperial stout brewed at Firestone Walker's Paso Robles, California brewery. It is the brewery's first-ever canned vintage beer, released as single 16-ounce cans and sold here in a 4-pack.

To craft Parabolita, the brewing team aged a selection of their iconic Parabola imperial stout for one year in premium bourbon barrels, then blended it with Velvet Merlin milk stout to create a silky mouthfeel and a more approachable ABV of 9.2%. The beer was then infused with Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and sea salt to achieve a full salted caramel flavor expression. Brewmaster Matt Brynildson describes it as having "the richness of Parabola, but with a creamier, softer texture."

Parabolita pours a deep chocolate brown with a khaki head. The aroma delivers salted caramel with layers of chocolate, vanilla, coconut, and toasted marshmallow. The sea salt enhances the aromas, elevates the flavors, and adds dimension to the mouthfeel, making this massive, mellow, and surprisingly drinkable.
