The product can be prepared on the stovetop by adding 12 ounces of organic green peas to 1/2 cup of boiling water, returning to a boil, reducing heat to medium, covering, and cooking for 5 to 6 minutes while stirring occasionally. For microwave preparation, add 12 ounces of organic green peas and 1/2 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Check that peas are cooked thoroughly and drain before serving.
