Château Roubine Hippy Rosé is a vibrant, dry Provençal rosé from one of France's oldest vineyards, located in the heart of the Var between Lorgues and Draguignan. Made from 100% Grenache Noir, this wine was crafted in spirit of the "Peace & Love" era of the hippie movement. It is certified Kosher for Passover by the OU.

The wine is harvested at night to preserve freshness, then undergoes direct pressing to maintain its signature pale, rose petal color. Fermentation takes place at cold temperatures (15°–16°C) to highlight the wine's delicate aromatics. The nose opens with notes of red berries, English candy, and exotic fruits, while the palate delivers white peach, pink grapefruit, and a crisp, refreshing finish with a hint of lime.
