Napa Cut Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted by award-winning winemaker Stephanie Putnam from grapes harvested from two premier Napa Valley vineyards, one located in the center of St. Helena and the other situated on the east side of Howell Mountain. This predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark ruby red color with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, and hints of cinnamon and spice.

The wine offers a structured and textured palate with enticing flavors of baked plum and strawberry laced with cardamom and cassis. Dark fruit flavors are layered with black currants and a touch of cocoa, while the smooth mouthfeel is enhanced with notes of espresso and baking spice balanced by nice acidity. The finish is long and satisfying.

This wine earned Best of Class at the California State Fair in 2024, reflecting its exceptional quality and craftsmanship from the Boisset Collection.
