Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs is a complex, medium-bodied brut sparkling wine crafted primarily from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from cool-climate sites across Napa, Sonoma, Marin, and Mendocino counties along California's North Coast appellation. The wine undergoes approximately two years of aging on the lees prior to disgorgement, developing depth and a fine, persistent mousse.

On the nose, the wine presents aromas of passion fruit, loquat, strawberry, pear, pineapple, and peach, accented by hints of ginger, vanilla, blanched almond, and nutmeg. The palate opens with a bright, juicy entry and layers of zesty orange, nectarine, and tropical fruit, finishing clean and crisp with mouth-watering acidity. Wine Spectator awarded this wine 93 points, and Wine Enthusiast scored it 95 points, praising its lively character and refined balance.
