J.L. Vergnon "Conversation" Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Champagne is a non-vintage sparkling wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, and Avize in Champagne, France. The estate, founded in 1950, is now led by 4th and 5th generation vignerons Didier and Clément Vergnon, farming 5 hectares under practicing organic methods with vines over 35 years old.

The wine is fermented and aged in 95% stainless steel and 5% older barrels with no malolactic fermentation, preserving a fresh, lively character. It is aged 36 months on the lees with a dosage of 5g/L. The result is a bright, mineral-driven champagne with aromas of lime, crisp flowers, and fresh apples, a lively mousse, well-defined acidity, and a clean, precise finish. It has received scores of 93 from James Suckling, 91 from Wine Spectator, and 90 from both Jeb Dunnuck and Vinous.
