Skotidakis 5% Greek Yogurt is an authentic Greek-style yogurt made using traditional straining methods that naturally thicken the yogurt by removing excess whey. This 48-ounce (3 pound) tub provides a rich, creamy whole milk yogurt with 5% milk fat. The traditional production process concentrates nutrients, requiring approximately three times more milk than regular yogurt, resulting in protein and calcium levels approximately twice as high as conventional yogurt.

Each serving delivers 15 grams of protein to support muscle health and satiety. The yogurt contains four beneficial probiotic cultures: Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium Lactis.
