Château Plaizirs Cuvée Prestige is a red Bordeaux blend from the Côtes de Bourg appellation in France. This wine is crafted from 53% Merlot, 35% Malbec, and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on clay-limestone terroir with some gravel deposits. The winemaking process includes cold maceration for 3-4 days prior to fermentation with gentle turbo-punching extraction, followed by aging in cement and stainless steel vats.

The wine displays an intense deep color with purple glints and offers a highly concentrated aroma of fresh blackcurrant on the nose. On the palate, it is well-structured yet supple with delicate balance, featuring flavors of dark chocolate, black plum skin, and fresh summer berries. Firm tannins and layers of wood aging provide strength while the fruit offers juicy freshness on the finish. The wine pairs excellently with beef, veal, game meats, roast lamb, or hearty beef stews.
