Denner Vineyards Ditch Digger is a Rhone-style red wine blend from the Paso Robles appellation on California's Central Coast. The blend is composed of 55% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 5% Counoise, 5% Cinsaut, and 5% Tannat, sourced from the estate's 156-acre vineyard on the western border of the Paso Robles AVA.

The wine is highly fragrant with aromas of fresh red and blue fruits, spicecake, and candied rose, joined by a building smoky element. On the palate it is silky and seamless in texture with concentrated black raspberry and boysenberry flavors balanced by juicy acidity. The finish is sweet, gently tannic, and long, featuring red fruit and lingering floral pastille notes. The vineyard benefits from the Templeton Gap marine influence, producing large diurnal temperature swings that contribute to the wine's balance of power and finesse.
