Aviary Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from premier vineyard sites across Napa Valley, including Calistoga, St. Helena, Rutherford, and Yountville. Produced by the Folktale Wine Group, Aviary Vineyards blends fruit from multiple vineyard sites each vintage to craft a wine that is bold in flavor yet smooth and approachable in texture — a style they describe as "a tiger on a pillow." The winery's motto is "There is no time for mediocre wine."

The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, cassis, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm baking spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of blackcurrant, plum, dark chocolate, espresso, and a touch of sweet tobacco. Soft, silky tannins carry through to a long, velvety finish with lingering dark fruit and a hint of spice. ABV is approximately 13.9%. Serve at 60–65°F and consider decanting 20–30 minutes before serving. Pairs well with grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, hearty stews, and sharp cheddar cheese.
