La Réserve de L'Enclave is a distinguished red wine from the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation in Southern France, produced by Vignerons de l'Enclave. This elegant blend combines 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah grapes, creating a medium-bodied wine with 14% alcohol by volume.

The wine displays a medium ruby color with appealing aromas of red and black raspberry, steeped black cherry, rhubarb, tobacco leaf, blueberry, wildflower, black pepper, and granite. On the palate, expect dry flavors of dark red fruit, cherry and raspberry, complemented by fresh tobacco leaf, wildflower, pepper notes, and mineral granite undertones. The wine features medium acidity and medium tannins that produce a distinct dryness on the mid-palate, with a mouthwatering finish of medium length.

This Southern Rhône red blend pairs excellently with grilled meats, beef, lamb, and game such as deer or venison. The wine is suitable for cellaring and will age nicely until 2030. Contains sulfites.
