High West Cask Collection Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Finished Bourbon is a premium American whiskey crafted at High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. It is a carefully selected blend of straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys aged 6 to 10 years in the mountains of Utah, then finished for 10 months in Sauvignon Blanc wine casks. Bottled at cask strength of 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ML bottle.

On the nose, this whiskey opens with notes of underripe peach, banana cream pie, vanilla, fresh hay, spring florals, lilac, and wet green grass. The palate delivers crisp green apple, grapefruit zest, cinnamon poached pears, raspberry thumbprint cookie, wet slate, toasted oak, and new suede. The finish is warm and sweet, with gingerbread drizzled with honey.
