Va Piano Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla Valley, Washington is a refined, small-lot red wine from one of the Walla Walla AVA's most acclaimed producers. The winery takes its name from the Italian proverb "Chi Va Piano, Va Sano e Va Lontano" — meaning "when you go slowly, you go safely and you go far" — a philosophy that guides their focused, estate-driven approach to winemaking.

This Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux-style blend composed of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Malbec. It is aged for 22 months in 50% new French oak barrels, contributing depth, structure, and a polished finish. Alcohol content is 14.5% ABV.

On the nose, the wine presents inviting aromas of cherry pie and black coffee. The palate delivers generous cherry fruit alongside notes of Assam tea and cedar.
