This limited edition straight bourbon whiskey is crafted from a bespoke blend of five unique mash bills — each containing at least 25% specialty malt — to complement the flavor characteristics of pinot noir finishing barrels sourced from the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California.

Aged for over four years, including six months in Russian River Vineyards pinot noir casks, the whiskey is bottled at 95 proof (47.5% Alc/Vol). The five mash bills bring distinct layers: SB091 contributes caramel, honey, and citrus; R20057 adds cotton candy and cake icing; R20084 lends berry and cola spice; SB055 brings chocolate and brown sugar; and B005 provides butterscotch and pastry character. The whiskey is non-chill filtered and aged in 53-gallon toasted and charred oak barrels before the pinot noir cask finish.
