Vouchers are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis and should be submitted at least one week prior to the desired performance date. Specific seat assignments are determined at the time of redemption at the discretion of Broadway in Chicago. All tickets are orchestra level seating, ensuring excellent views of the stage. Multiple voucher redemptions cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating, though requests can be noted during redemption. Maximum of four vouchers can be redeemed per individual customer for the same show.
