Handley Cellars Kazmet Vineyard Zinfandel is a premium California red wine sourced from the organically certified Kazmet Ranch in Redwood Valley, Mendocino County. The grapes come from old, head-pruned vines that are dry-farmed, concentrating flavors into an expressive, terroir-driven Zinfandel.

The wine is primarily Zinfandel with a small addition of Syrah for added tannin structure, aged for 16 months in French oak barrels with 20% new oak. Aromas offer warm blackberry pie, black plum, and fresh moist earth, while the palate delivers brambly berry, black plum, anise, and nuts with hints of sage. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and delicate acidity, it is a rich and satisfying expression of Mendocino Zinfandel.
