Blue Zones Kitchen Sesame Ginger Bowl is a plant-based frozen meal inspired by the Blue Zones region in Okinawa, Japan, where people live the longest, healthiest lives. Each bowl combines hearty brown rice with a savory mix of organic edamame, broccoli, organic garbanzo beans, carrots, and red bell pepper, all tossed in a delectable sesame-miso ginger dressing. The package includes 4 individually portioned 8 oz bowls served in compostable bowls.
Created by Dan Buettner, National Geographic Explorer and founder of the Blue Zones, this meal is formulated for longevity with wholesome, whole-food ingredients. It is certified vegan, gluten free, and Non-GMO Project Verified. To prepare, cut the film to vent, microwave on high for 3 minutes, remove film and stir, then cook for an additional 1 minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
