Mila Beef Pho Flavor Soup Dumplings are a frozen Xiao Long Bao (soup dumpling) filled with savory beef pho broth and tender beef seasoned with classic pho aromatics including star anise and cinnamon. The thin, delicate dumpling wrapper holds a rich, slow-simmered broth that bursts with flavor in every bite. Each 34 oz bag contains approximately 30 dumplings (about 13 servings of 3 pieces each) and steamer sheets are included.

Dumplings are ready in 12 minutes using the preferred steam method. For best results, steam in a bamboo steamer over boiling water for 10–12 minutes. A pan-fry method is also available: heat oil in a nonstick pan, cook until golden on the bottom, then add water and cover to steam through. Do not microwave; cook from frozen only and ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
