Penelope Private Select Barrel Strength is a premium straight bourbon whiskey crafted from an exclusive blend of three bourbon mash bills traditionally used by the distillery. The mash bill consists of 82% corn, 8% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley. Each batch is composed of hand-selected barrels from their finest inventory, blended together to create a unique and special expression.

This bourbon is bottled completely uncut and non-chill filtered at 114 proof (57% ABV), preserving the pure, bold character straight from the barrel. Aged a minimum of 4 years in new American oak barrels, it delivers rich flavors of caramel syrup and subtle barrel char that push the boundaries of their signature Four Grain flavor profile.
