Aged 10 years and bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV), this 750mL expression is crafted from a wheat-forward mashbill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, giving it a distinctively smooth and approachable character that sets it apart from traditional rye-heavy bourbons.

On the nose, the bourbon opens with bold caramel and plum layered with notes of raisin, cherry, cocoa, apricot, and orange zest. The palate delivers rye spice upfront, followed by sweeter caramel and graham cracker notes with rich fruit flavors of plum, raisin, and red grape carrying through to a satisfying medium body.
