Boulevard Brewing Co. and Holladay Distillery join forces for this limited-release 35th Anniversary Ale, celebrating 35 years of craft brewing in Kansas City. This barrel-aged blend of barleywine and imperial brown ale is aged in Soft Red Wheat Bourbon barrels and Ben Holladay Bottled in Bond barrels, delivering a rich, complex drinking experience at 12.5% ABV.

The ale opens with aromas of caramel, bourbon, and bready malt, leading into flavors of molasses, dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. It finishes with a smooth, warming depth characteristic of well-rested barrel-aged beers. Pairs ideally with aged cheeses, roasted meats, and dulce de leche cheesecake.

Holladay Distillery, originally founded in 1856 by Ben Holladay, produces Missouri bourbon using an original recipe more than 160 years old, making this collaboration a true meeting of legacy craft traditions. Sold in 4-packs of 12 oz bottles.
