Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Cask Finish Stout is a limited-release barrel-aged imperial stout from Chicago's Goose Island Beer Company, sold as a case of 12 bottles at 16.9 oz each. The Bourbon County Brand Stout series is one of the most celebrated annual releases in American craft beer, and the Cask Finish variant showcases an elevated secondary barrel program.

This stout undergoes a two-stage barrel-aging process: it first matures in freshly emptied straight rye whiskey barrels, then transfers into hybrid oak and cherry wood barrels that previously finished the rye whiskey. This layered aging imparts vibrant cherry, toasted oak, and a lingering herbal finish on top of the rich imperial stout base. The result is a deeply complex, full-bodied beer with the hallmark dark fruit, chocolate, and vanilla character of the BCS series, enhanced by the rye and wood-forward cask influence.

Available in national distribution as part of the annual Bourbon County Stout release each Black Friday season. Due to high demand, purchase is limited to one case per member.
