The 2023 vintage draws primarily from Calistoga at the northern end of Napa Valley, where warm afternoon temperatures and cool nights create ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Additional fruit from the Oak Knoll District and Yountville AVAs contributes layered complexity. The wine is aged in 30% new French oak and bottled at 14.5% alcohol under natural cork, with a pH of 3.75, titratable acidity of 5.7 g/L, and residual sugar of 2.0 g/L — hallmarks of a balanced, classically structured Napa Cab.
