San Giuliano Primér is a premium Italian estate extra virgin olive oil produced from only 40 hectares of the finest San Giuliano farms in the Alghero area of Sardinia, Italy. The name "Primér" means "the first" in Algherese, referring to olives harvested at the beginning of the harvest season before winter arrives. Made from Bosana and Semidana olive cultivars, this first cold-pressed oil features an intense and limpid golden yellow color with a harmonious fragrance of floral and herbaceous notes and fruity hints of apple and banana.
