The Spice Tree is a rich, intense blended malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% ABV. It is matured using custom-made hybrid casks with French oak heads sourced from 195-year-old Vosges forests and American oak bodies. The whisky is non-chill filtered with natural color. The nose offers clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. The palate is full, round, and sweet with baking spice notes layered over fruity maltiness. The composition blends whiskies from Clynelish (60%), Dailuaine (20%), and Teaninich (20%) distilleries. First released in 2005, The Spice Tree caused controversy for its innovative aging methods and was named Best Blended Malt Scotch at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The Story of the Spaniard is a blended malt whisky bottled at 43% ABV. It features 48% whisky aged in ex-sherry casks and 25% aged in ex-Spanish red wine casks, creating a full, soft, and sumptuous character. The nose presents toasted English muffin with marmalade, sweet fruits like orange and quince, and cinnamon. The palate delivers honey, cinnamon, orange zest, dried apricot, with tobacco leaf and subtle peat earthiness. The finish offers dried oak and black tea. This whisky earned Gold at The Scotch Whisky Masters 2022 and Silver at the International Spirits Challenge in 2019 and 2020.
