Grant Burge Paso Ink is a bold Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Paso Robles AVA in San Luis Obispo County on California's Central Coast. Produced by Accolade Wines under the historic Australian Grant Burge label, this is the brand's inaugural American wine and a collaboration between native Californian winemaker Ashley Leon and Grant Burge Chief Winemaker Craig Stansborough.

Fruit is sourced from more than a dozen local growers, with vineyards averaging 800 feet in elevation on predominantly calcareous soils. The wine is intensely inky in color and opulent on the palate, offering aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, violet, black olive, mint, and spice. It is rich, powerful, and full-bodied — a classic expression of the Paso Robles terroir.

The bottle features a vibrant contemporary label with an abstract gold ink splatter design, reflecting the intensity and character of the wine inside.
