Baker Family Wines "Hammrin' Hank" Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited-production red wine from California's Sierra Foothills region. Created by renowned baseball manager Dusty Baker in collaboration with winemaker Chik Brenneman, this wine is named in honor of baseball legend Hank Aaron. The fruit is sourced from a sustainably farmed vineyard in the Fair Play American Viticultural Area, spanning Amador and El Dorado Counties.

The wine offers aromas of black fruit, vanilla, and chocolate, with black currant and licorice flavors complemented by crisp acidity and soft tannins, culminating in a lingering velvety finish. The region's unique granite and sandy loam soils, along with above-average rainfall and a shorter growing season, produce bold wines with crisp acidity.
