Westland Single Malt Wine Cask Whiskey is an elegant American single malt crafted at Westland Distillery in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood. Part of Westland's acclaimed Cask Exploration Series, this 700ML bottling is finished in Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Washington Red Blend wine casks, drawing on the Pacific Northwest's rich winemaking heritage to create a spirit of remarkable complexity.

The whiskey is made from a distinctive grain bill of Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Brown Malt, and Pale Chocolate Malt, fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast over an extended 96–144 hour period. The spirit is aged for a minimum of five years before its wine cask finish, resulting in a deeply layered character at 92 proof (46% ABV).

On the nose, allspice, raspberry reduction, and dried rose lead into a rich palate of chocolate raspberry turnover, Earl Grey tea, and dried strawberry. The finish is balanced and robust, with lingering wine cask influence.
