These skewers can be cooked from frozen or thawed using multiple methods. In the air fryer, cook at 400°F for 6–7 minutes. On the BBQ, grill over medium-low heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally. In a frying pan, cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. In a conventional oven, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 16–18 minutes, turning once. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
