L'Étoile de Bon Pasteur is the second wine of the prestigious Château Le Bon Pasteur estate, located in the Pomerol appellation of Bordeaux's Right Bank in France. Pomerol is one of Bordeaux's most celebrated appellations, known for producing rich, velvety red wines from predominantly Merlot-based blends. This bottling reflects the house style established by famed consulting winemaker Michel Rolland, who has been closely associated with the estate.

The wine is crafted primarily from Merlot with a portion of Cabernet Franc, sourced from the estate's vineyards across Pomerol's distinctive iron-rich clay soils. It offers the signature Pomerol character: ripe dark fruit, plush tannins, and a generous, approachable structure. Aged in French oak, it delivers notes of black cherry, plum, and spice with a soft, round finish.
