Château Laffitte Carcasset is a classic red Bordeaux blend from the Saint-Estèphe appellation in the Médoc region of France, bottled in a standard 750ml format. The estate is one of the oldest in Saint-Estèphe, with origins dating to 1759, and has been guided by renowned oenologist Hubert de Bouard of Château Angélus since 2016.

The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc grown on 35 hectares of gravelly soils over clay and limestone, with the vineyards overlooking the Gironde estuary. It delivers complex red fruit character — red cherries, red berries, and a mineral, white pepper note — with a medium-bodied palate, firm and lightly chewy tannins, and a refined, lengthy finish. The structured tannins give the wine excellent aging potential. Alcohol content is approximately 13%. Contains sulfites.

Pairs well with beef, lamb, poultry, and game meats such as venison.
