Familia Zuccardi Poligonos del Valle de Uco San Pablo Cabernet Franc is a premium Argentine red wine from the renowned Uco Valley in Mendoza. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes grown at an elevation of 1,400 meters in the San Pablo district, this wine is fermented in concrete and aged for seven months in 2,500-liter foudres.
The wine presents a red color with violet hues and expresses a great herbal character with notes of fresh red fruits, plum, and berries. On the palate, it offers lively acidity and subtle tannins with flavors of black fruit, herbs, tea, and tomato that linger on a smooth finish. Full to medium body with firm, savory tannins.
Pairs well with beef burgers, roasted pork, turkey, grilled lamb, and cheeses like goat and brie.
