The mashbill features 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat, yielding a rich and complex wheated bourbon bottled at 105.8 proof (52.9% ABV).

The aroma opens with orange zest, bruleed peach, pound cake, and baked nutmeg. On the palate, flavors of pastry dough, red apple, light black peppercorn, mango, roasted walnut, and white sage unfold. The finish delivers oatmeal cinnamon cookie with lingering dried cherry and chai notes. This batch was drawn from 109 barrels.

Castle & Key Distillery occupies the grounds of the historic Old Taylor Distillery, originally built in 1887. The distillery has earned recognition for this expression, including a Double Platinum honor at the ASCOT Awards.
