Suji's Golden Bao features soft, fluffy steamed buns filled with juicy, seasoned pork prepared in the Chinese 5-spice tradition. Each package contains 6 individually packaged bao (4 oz each) for a total of 24 ounces, blending the pillowy texture of traditional bao with savory-sweet Chinese BBQ pork flavors. Manufactured by FDMR, Inc., d/b/a Suji's Korean Cuisine, based in Chicago, IL, these bao marry Korean-inspired craftsmanship with classic Chinese flavors.
Each bao can be steamed, microwaved, or air-fried. Air frying at 320°F for about 10 minutes delivers a crispy bottom with a soft, fluffy top. They work well with dipping sauces such as soy sauce, chili oil, or sweet and sour sauce.
