This 750ml bottle is a harmonious blend of Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from sustainably managed vineyards in the Gers department of southwestern France.

The wine opens with a complex aromatic profile featuring citrus and passion fruit from the Colombard component, beautifully layered with notes of white-fleshed fruits and quince from the Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate it delivers a refreshing burst of tropical flavors — pineapple, passion fruit, and green apple — supported by crisp acidity, bright fruitiness, and a subtle mineral edge that leads to a clean, invigorating finish.
