André Goichot Puligny-Montrachet is a white Burgundy wine from the prestigious Puligny-Montrachet appellation in the Côte de Beaune. Produced by Maison André Goichot, a respected Burgundy négociant founded in 1947 and based in the heart of Beaune, this wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from low-yielding, 40-year-old vines on the Meursault side of the appellation.
The wine is fermented in 25% new French oak barrels and aged on lees for approximately one year, developing complexity and texture. On the nose, it presents ripe stone fruits, citrus, and toasted almond aromas. The palate is rich and well-textured with a long, mineral-driven finish characteristic of the Puligny-Montrachet terroir. Best served at 10–12°C, it pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, shellfish, and rich dishes. Suitable for aging 4–6 years.
